As you know, the maintenance fees are due at the first of every year. These fees are necessary to fund the upkeep of the common areas that include our roads, the community building, insurance, parking lot, lakes, and dams; as well as help us fund our monthly socials and the events we host.
With your $40.00 a year we can continue the repair effort for the community as well as continue to host our socials and events.
The $40.00 per year fee is for any property owner regardless of how many lots that you own. These fees are billed every calendar year on January 1st of each year.
If you have not yet paid your fees then you can download and print the remittance slip below and return payment as soon as possible. If you do not have a way to download and print the slip below then please contact Kim whose number is located on the POA Members page or call us at the community center and leave us a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
We also offer payment arrangements and make every effort to work with you to keep your account current.
